These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Codexory website (codexory.com) and the services we offer ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About us
Codexory is an AI automation and software studio that builds production AI systems, ML pipelines, and the software around them. Where we refer to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms, we mean Codexory.
2. Engagements and contracts
Any project we deliver for a client is governed by a separate written engagement letter or Statement of Work ("SOW"). To the extent any term in an SOW conflicts with these Terms, the SOW controls for that engagement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with any of our systems
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from this site without permission
- Submit content that infringes any third-party right
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
4. Intellectual property
The content on codexory.com (including logos, copy, code samples, and design) is owned by Codexory or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without prior written permission.
Source code, models, prompts, and documentation we build for clients are owned by those clients once delivered under the relevant SOW.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client materials, data, and project details as confidential. We do not publish case studies, metrics, or excerpts of client work without that client's written approval.
6. Warranties and disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codexory will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
