Not at all. Most of our best engagements start with a vague intuition. Bring the problem; we'll help name the system.
02 Are scoping calls really free? +
Yes. We bill for delivery, not for sales meetings. If you decide not to engage, you owe us nothing.
03 How do you handle confidential information? +
We sign NDAs gladly. Day-one engagements run under standard mutual NDA; sensitive workloads run under a stricter perimeter we will scope with you.
04 What if my project is too small? +
We will tell you. Sometimes the right answer is a 2-week strategy sprint instead of a build. Sometimes it's a tool we recommend you buy.
05 We're outside North America. Do you work with us? +
Yes. We're remote-first; our team spans multiple timezones. Async-friendly by default, live calls when they help.
