Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Codexory ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit codexory.com or contact us about a project.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly:
- When you submit the contact form — your name, email, company, optional budget range, and the details of the message you send us.
- When you email us — your email address and the content of your email.
We also collect a small amount of information automatically:
- Basic server logs — IP address, browser user agent, request paths, and timestamps. Used to debug and to protect against abuse.
- No third-party analytics or trackers are loaded on this site. We do not use cookies for advertising.
2. How we use information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement
- Send a one-off follow-up if you don't reply
- Comply with our legal obligations
- Improve our website and services
We do not sell your data, share it with marketing companies, or use it for unrelated purposes.
3. How we store information
Contact form submissions are stored in our private database, hosted on infrastructure we control. We retain inquiries for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond and follow up — typically up to 24 months — and then delete them.
4. Third parties
We use a small number of third-party services that may process your data on our behalf:
- Our hosting provider — to run this website and our database
- Our email provider — to send and receive emails with you
These providers are bound by their own privacy commitments and, where applicable, data-processing agreements.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Object to certain processing
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@codexory.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
6. Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed to anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information — including HTTPS everywhere, hashed passwords, and least-privilege database access. No system is perfect; if you have a security concern, please email hello@codexory.com.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
